Jeff Talman has qualified to appear on the Primary ballot August 29, 2023 for Mayor City of Knoxville. Constance Every qualified on April 4 and Mayor Indya Kincannon on April 14. There are two other candidates that have pulled petitions, Umoja and Kerry J. Williams. The deadline to file a petition is May 18 at NOON, a week from tomorrow, Thursday May 11, 2023
